We offer a 180-Day Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty extends only to the replacement cost of the item. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase at Intimia.com we will replace or repair a defective item within 180 days of your purchase. The defective item should be returned to:

Intimia reserves the right to forgo the defective item return and ship the replacement item to the customer.

This warranty policy does not apply to items that have been misused or intentionally damaged.
